Description

What's this? I'm submitting two images within the same month? Why that hasn't happened since February! (Sorry about that!) I thoroughly enjoyed making this one and the end result. I had several ways of viewing this and I tried to represent a glimpse of each one in the text for this image but there are many more of which I'm sure I've never contemplated. I would enjoy hearing what you think about this if you have the time. Enjoy nonetheless.

Despite the pale coloring this is a very eye catching design. The ideas of 'life' and 'purity' are conveyed quite well by the appearance of water. Some of the white spots are a bit overpowering, drawing the eye away from the rest of the image, but, at the same time, they also fit in with the idea of 'power'. One of the most striking parts, in my opinion, is the use of small amounts of darker outlining. They provide excellent contrast and give good definition to the central form. All in all, I'd say this is a well thought out piece.
